You will be in charge of:

• Market Insight: You will stay ahead of the curve by monitoring market trends and understanding consumer preferences.
• Clean Label: Mastering the intricacies of the clean label food market and suggest innovative products and strategies.
• Supplier Relationship: Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers to ensure a steady flow of exceptional products.
• Product Sourcerer: Sourcing and developing private and clean label products that comply with our high standards
• Strategic plan: Implementing category strategies that align with our business goals, collaborating closely with our marketing and sales teams for successful product launches.
• Budget control: Managing category budgets effectively and track profitability.  
  Performance Reporting: Providing regular reports on category performance to inform our strategy.
• Problem Solving: Address category‑specific issues and challenges with a creative problem‑solving mindset.
